SHUHEI YOSHIDA INTERVIEW WITH KINDA FUNNY GAMES REVEALS HIS DESIRES FOR HORIZON ZERO DAWN OVER UNCHARTED 4

Horizon Zero Dawn is an upcoming PS4 exclusive title developed by Guerrilla Games, the guys who made the Killzone franchise. In a recent interview with Kinda Funny Games, Shuhei Yoshida (President of Sony’s Worldwide Studios for Sony Computer Entertainment Inc) shed some more light on the game itself.

When asked if Yoshida was optimistic and excited about Horizon Zero Dawn, he replied by saying. “Media people ask me questions, very nicely, that do you have a favorite among the games coming out this year, and I always say Horizon.” And when pushed further, as to if he was more excited for it than Uncharted 4, he said. “Uncharted is great, and I love what it is. But ah, Horizon is like I can't wait to play.

He further went on to reveal more details on the specifics of the game, emphasizing on the combat action heavy nature of the, and that it indeed is open world. “It’s amazing, and super fun”. Shuhei also discussed his passion for action games, and how he’s excited for the whole robot thing to play out in the game. He also talked about The Last Guardian, though no release dates were confirmed for either games.
